Susie’s many areas of expertise, experience and connections have been indispensable to me, since I have had to process and distribute three generations of belongings in my family’s estate, 2600 miles away from my own home.
I never would have imagined or predicted the variety of objects in my family’s estate. Susie’s kindness, consideration, skill and experience has made it easier to make difficult decisions and accomplish what seemed an impossible task.
It’s been easy to work remotely together. Susie’s questions helped me clarify my priorities in each category of objects for her. With my priorities, she is able to work at the house in Eugene, only checking with me on occasional details. She responds quickly to my questions and keeps me up to date.
Perhaps best of all, Susie asks questions and offers suggestions I haven’t even considered, which save me trying to solve problems that come up from scratch.
She has suggestions, contacts, and experience for filtering, keeping, caring for, disposing of, and shipping objects as mundane as boxes of paperwork and dishes, to objects as unusual as a large custom made iron weathervane. She even filtered the paperwork and photos for me!
